Gubernatorial candidate Seth Kaper-Dale has weighed in on Trenton budget standoff. Kaper-Dale, nationally recognized for his work with refugees, homeless veterans, incarcerated persons, and other social justice efforts, is running for Governor of New Jersey with the Green Party.
